Renewable Energy Establishments Society (REES)
Established in 2014 under the Ministry of Environment, REES is a non-profit Society that serves as the umbrella society for renewable energy service providers and energy management companies in Jordan. It focuses on environmental sustainability and climate change within a legislative framework for green energy. REES focuses on environmental sustainability and climate change within a supportive legislative framework. It aims to unify and advocate for the renewable energy sector and currently represents over 45 member companies. The society plays a pivotal role in shaping national energy policies.
REES Vision is “Empowering Change, Energizing the Future”: To be the leading society in the region for renewable energy, empowering change and energizing the future by building capacity, setting standards, and driving a sustainable energy transition.

Through strategic policy advocacy, we collaborate with regulators to shape a supportive legal framework.
