The Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) PV plant with a 6.16 MWp is in Amman, Jordan.

It is connected with the grid utility related to NEPCO, and consists of 10900 JKM-550-M-72HL4 modules and Huawei 200 KW Inverters, divided to two stations connected with the NEPCO grid.

The plant will start operating in January 2025 with expected production of more than 10581 MWh annually, as of the first year.
Kawar Energy has completed the testing and commissioning with NEPCO under the supervision of a third party and the plant can reduce 5,682 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year, as it can light 3,306 houses per year.
